Many services are available to help seniors remain in the community as an option to nursing home placement.  Listed below are a few of the more common services.

Personal Care – assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, mobility

Homemaking – light housekeeping, simple errands, laundry

Caregiver Respite – providing the primary caregiver with a break from caregiving duties

Home-Delivered Meals – warm, frozen, or vacuum-packed meals available for a variety of dietary restrictions

Emergency Response Systems – a pendant or wrist band to call for help when you cannot get to the phone to summon emergency services 

Adult Day Services – supervised activities and care provided in an adult day care facility

Transportation to Medical Appointments
