Having trouble resolving problems with long-term care?

The Long-Term Care Ombudsman supports and protects the rights, needs, and choices of persons receiving long-term care services. They can investigate complaints involving nursing homes, assisted living, adult care facilities, home health services, and community-based services. If you or a loved one have questions, concerns, or complaints about long-term care, visit the Ombudsman website at www.dayton-ombudsman.org.  Ombudsman services are free, confidential, and directed by the client.
