Many types of housing are available for seniors in West Central Ohio.  In choosing housing, you will want to consider whether you want an apartment for someone who can live independently or whether you need housing that includes services.  Cost may also be a factor.  Note that some housing is targeted to persons with a low income.  See Housing Definitions for definitions of the various types of housing.

The Agency Housing Directory below lists senior housing by County and by Housing Type.  Information changes rapidly, so it is advisable to check with the facility for current rates and availability.  Some facilities have waiting lists.  If possible, visit the housing unit or facility before you make a decision.
